——不孤独的美食“家”
业主是一对退休不久、注重生活品质的夫妇。经过几十年的辛勤奋斗，他们的儿女已经独立成家，现在终于有机会为自己打造一处舒适惬意的养老之家。在与业主的沟通中，我们了解到料理、分享美食、与老朋友聚会聊天是他们生活中不可或缺的乐趣。于是，我们以此为核心精心设计了这套温馨的居所。
住宅面积约为一百平米，原始户型为四室两厅。为了满足阿姨对料理的热情，我们果断将北侧的书房和卧室拆除，改造成一个宽敞的厨房操作区域和独立完整的餐厅。这个设计不仅使厨房变得功能齐全，还释放了起居室内的紧凑就餐区，由此得以在起居室安置两套转角沙发，营造出一个宽松舒适的会客区，让业主夫妇可以在餐后与朋友们尽情交流。
整体公共区域的设计以白色为主色调，开阔简洁明亮，适配退休夫妇的温馨居家生活，同时也为阿姨悬挂她几十年来精心编织的十字绣作品提供了绝佳的展示背景。
叔叔阿姨各自拥有一间温馨的套房，均配有独立卫生间和充足的储物空间。阿姨的卧室特别注重储物设计，薄厚不一的储物柜能够妥善收纳各种物品，充分体现了她对生活细节的关注。叔叔的卧室配有一面电视墙和展示柜，满足他展示上百件收藏摆件的需求。
综上，我们的设计主旨是为业主夫妇打造一个舒适、理想的社交空间及养老居所，每一处细节都体现出我们对业主的生活需求的深刻理解。对于业主夫妇来说，料理不仅仅是满足口腹之欲，更是一种生活的仪式与享受，烹饪、社交与陪伴带来的乐趣，化为他们对美好生活的追求。Niu’s Apartment
——A cozy cooking home
The owners are a couple who recently retired and value the quality of life. After decades of hard work, their children have already started their own families, and now they finally have the opportunity to build a comfortable and cozy retirement home for themselves. In the communication with the owners, we learned that cooking, sharing food, and gathering with old friends are indispensable pleasures in their lives. So we designed this warm residence with that as the core.
The residential area is about 100 square meters, and the original apartment consisted of four bedrooms and two living rooms. In order to satisfy the aunt's enthusiasm for cooking, we decisively demolished the study and bedroom on the north side and transformed them into a spacious kitchen operation area and an independent dining room. This design not only makes the kitchen fully functional, but also releases the compact dining area in the living room, so that two sets of corner sofas can be placed in the living room, creating a spacious and comfortable reception area for owners and friends chatting after dinner.
The overall public area design is dominated by white, which is simple and bright, suitable for the warm home life of retired couples. It also provides an excellent display background for the aunt to hang her cross-stitch works which she has carefully woven for decades.
Uncle and aunt each have a cozy suite, both with separate bathrooms and ample storage space. Aunt's bedroom pays special attention to storage design. The storage cabinets of varying thicknesses can properly store various items, fully reflecting her attention to details of life. Uncle's bedroom is equipped with a TV wall and display cabinets to meet his needs of displaying hundreds of collections.
In summary, our design purpose is to create a comfortable and ideal social space and retirement home for the owner couple. Every detail reflects our deep understanding of the owner's life needs. For the owner couple, cooking is not only to satisfy the appetite, but also a ritual and enjoyment of life. The fun brought by cooking, socializing and companionship has turned into their pursuit of a better life.
